1. ACCEPTANCE. – Making any reservation implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
2. USER. – The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
3. PREPAYMENT. – Our payment platform requires 30% of the total amount to confirm the reservation via credit card or bank transfer. The reservation is subject to acceptance of payment by the banking institution.
4. RESERVATION. – Remaining balance, 30% + refundable deposit, is due 30 days before arrival. The reservation is fully confirmed once the user receives the reservation confirmation with their reservation number via email. 30% of the total amount must be paid to confirm the reservation.
5. INFORMATION. – All information provided by the user is stored on a secure server, and we guarantee that this information will only be accessed by the reservations staff and solely for the purposes of managing the booking and communicating with the client regarding future promotions and deals.
6. OCCUPANTS AND RULES. – The client may only accommodate the maximum number of people defined in the apartment's specifications and according to the contracted rate. If the number of occupants exceeds the maximum, a charge may be deducted from the security deposit.
– In case of noise or violation of community rules, the company reserves the right to evict the tenants and withhold the deposit.
7. CLEANING. – The apartment will be made available to the client fully cleaned. The client agrees to leave the apartment reasonably clean, with no garbage or food remains.
– Please note that a €50 fee (deducted from the security deposit) will apply if trash is found in the apartment upon departure.
– Smoking is not permitted, except in designated outdoor areas. If our cleaning team detects that guests have smoked inside the property, the company reserves the right to withhold the deposit.
8. EQUIPMENT. – The client agrees to leave the apartment in the same condition as upon arrival in terms of furniture and equipment.
9. MODIFICATIONS. – We reserve the right to change the rented apartment for one with similar or better features in the event of force majeure, such as unexpected occupancy or issues occurring after the reservation date. These changes will be at no additional cost to the client.
10. SECURITY DEPOSIT. – A refundable security deposit, in the amount specified in the reservation, will be required upon check-in. This deposit must be paid by credit card upon arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 10 days after check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Any costs to restore the apartment to its original condition at check-in will be deducted from the deposit.
11. CANCELLATION. – For cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount will be charged. For cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.
12. LATE CHECK-OUT. – Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out will incur a fee ranging from €100 to the price of an additional night, depending on the time of departure and related expenses.
13. CHECK-IN. – Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Late check-in must be paid in cash.
An extra charge of €50 applies for check-ins between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM.
